Sabudana Vada



Ingredients
  • Sabudana -1/2 cup
  • Potato - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chilly - 1
  • Ginger paste - small pinch
  • Curry leaves - 1 strand
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbl sp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Recipe
  • Soak sabudana for overnight
  • Cook and mash the potato
  • Drain the excess water from the soaked sabudana
  • Finely chop the Onion
  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Make vada and deep-fry in hot oil.
