Wheat flour halwa-laddu with jaggery

Ingredients:

Wheat flour- 1 cup
Jaggery- 1/2 cup
Ghee- 2-4 tbl sp
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

Recipe:

Roast the wheat flour adding little ghee till it becomes fragrant.

Melt the jaggery with little water.

Add roasted wheat flour to the melted jaggery.

Add ghee and cardamom powder.

Stirr well untill it becomes a single mass like halwa.

You can pour this mixture in a plate and cut like halwa or make bals like laddu.

Note:

You can add dry fruits.

If you are making laddus add 2 tbl sp ghee is enough. For halwa add 4 tbl sp ghee.
