Tricolour Paper dosa - Neer dosa

Tricolour  Paper dosa- Neer dosa :


White rice- 2 cups
Salt to taste
Carrot- few
Palak- few
Ghee or oil- 2 tbl sp


Soak the rice for about 4-5 hours or overnight.

Grind it to a fine paste. Add salt. Mix well.

Divide the batter in 3 separate bowls.

For one bowl add carrot paste. Mix well.

For the other add palak leaves paste. Mix well.

Don't add anything to the white batter.

Add water to adjust the consistency. The batter should be thinner than dosa batter.

Heat the tava & drizzle few drops of oil and spread 3 coloured dosa batter.

Cover the lid & let it cook.
Serve with any chutney or sambar.
