Instant Rava dosa

Instant rava dosa:


Rava– 1 cup
Rice Flour– 1 cup
Maida– 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil- 2 tbl sp

For Seasoning:

Oil- 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds– 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds– 1 tsp
Green Chilli (chopped finely)- few
Curry leaves – few
Ginger – one small piece
Onion (finely chopped)- 1
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)- 1 tbl sp


Add maida, rice flour, rava, salt in a bowl; add water to make a thin batter. Keep it aside for 15 mins.

Heat oil in a pan; add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Saute for a min.

Now add ginger, green chilly, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves. Saute for a min.

Add this seasoning to the batter and mix well.

Heat tawa and pour batter from a height. Don’t Spread the batter.
Drizzle some oil and let it cook for few minutes until golden colour.

Serve the crispy dosa with spicy chutney.
