Ingredients:

Sev- 1 cup
Kara boondi -1 cup
Aval (Poha) – 1/4 cup
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Fried Gram – 1/4 cup
Kopra – 2 tbl sp (chopped)
Cashew nuts- 2 tbl sp
Curry leaves- Few
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilly Powder to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar- 1/4 tsp(optional)
Oil to fry

1. Keep ready the sev & kara boondi.

2. Heat oil and fry the pea nuts, fried gram, kopra, cashew nuts,aval(poha) & curry leaves separately.

3. Mix all the ingredients; add salt & chilly powder.
4. Mix it well. Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container.
Note: You can also add few kara sev, muruku, fried green gram, almond & raisins.
