Fruit salad with Custard powder

Ingredients

Apple- 1/2 cup
Banana- 1/2 cup
Papaya/Kharbuja/Mango (Any seasonal fruit)- 1/2 cup
Grapes- 1/2 cup
Sapota- 1/2 cup
Pomegranate seeds- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts- 1 tbl sp
Raisins- 1 tbl sp
Vanilla flavoured custard powder- 2 tbl sp
Milk- 1/2 liter
Sugar- 2 tbl sp

Recipe

Chop the fruits and add little 1 tbl sp sugar or 1 tsp lemon juice(This helps to prevent the change of colour of fruits like apple, banana.)
Boil the milk and add custard powder & sugar; keep on stirring in a low flame.

When it starts thickening switch off the flame; let it cool.

Mix the custard and chopped fruits.

Keep in refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Serve and enjoy your custard fruit salad.
