Butter cup corn

A healthy, tasty snack for your evening. Easy & quick snack when your kids are back from school.


Sweet Corn-1 cup
Butter-1 tsp
Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
Chat masala- 1/4 tsp(optional)
Chilly powder or Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste


Remove and separate the sweet corn kernels.
Cook the corn kernels with salted water for about 10 minutes.

Drain the excess water and transfer it to a bowl.

Add the butter, lemon juice, chilly powder or pepper powder and chat masala.

Mix well and serve hot.
