Whole wheat dosa

Ingredients:

Whole wheat/Wheat flour- 1 cup
Onion- 1
Sat to taste
Grated coconut- 1 tbl sp
Curry leaves- 4-5

Method:

Soak the whole wheat for overnight.

Wash it and add chopped onions, grated coconut,curry leaves, salt& required amount of water. Grind it to a fine paste.

Note: If you are using wheat flour then directly mix it with onion-coconut pate, salt & water. Make sure that there is no any lumps.

The consistency should be like dosa batter.

Heat the tava and put few drops of oil or ghee & spread it by using half an onion; pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in circular motion.

Once the dosa is cooked to some extent; flip it to other side & drizzle few drops of oil or ghee and cook for 2 more minutes.
Whole wheat dosa
Serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
