Wheat flour biscuits - Eggless & Butterless biscuits

Ingredients:

Wheat flour- 1 cup
Custard powder(Vanilla flavour)- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup (Adjust according to your taste)
Ghee or oil- 2-4 tsp
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp

Recipe:

In a bowl add wheat flour, custard powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ghee/oil.

Mix all the ingredients.

Slowly add milk and kneed well to prepare a dough.

Roll the dough and cut using cookie cutter.

Grease the try with 1 tsp ghee or oil & place the cookies.
Bake them in preheated oven at 180°C for 15-25 minutes until slight colour change to light golden.
