Nankhatai

Ingredients:

Maida- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Ghee- 1/2 cup
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
Badam & Cashew nut(finely chopped or powdered)- 2 tbl sp

Recipe:

In a bowl beat the sugar and ghee till it becomes fluffy.

Now add maida, baking soda, cardamom powder, cashews & badam .

Kneed well to prepare a dough. Make small balls.

Grease the try with 1 tsp ghee and place the balls.
Bake them in preheated oven at 180°C for 15- 20 minutes until slight colour change to light golden with some cracks on the cookies.
Enjoy with a cup of tea.
