Wheat flour laddu

This is a very delicious, yummy, tasty laddu. Just I felt the taste like brought from bakery. Easy to prepare in a very short time. I was keep on postponing this recipe without trying as I was not confident. One day my cousin sister told me the method that she following. Then I tried it and came out very well.


Wheat flour- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Ghee- ¼ cup
Cardamom- 1-2
Raisins, Cashew nut & Badam(finely chopped)- Few


Heat 2 tbl sp ghee. Fry the wheat flour in a low flame until it becomes fragrant & golden colour.

Note: Use half of the quantity of ghee while frying.

Keep the roasted flour aside to get cool.

Fry the nuts & raisins.

Powder the sugar and cardamom.

Mix the roasted wheat flour, powdered sugar, roasted dry fruits.

Add the remaining quantity of ghee slowly and mix well using your  hand.

Prepare balls out of this mixture.

Note: Initially the balls will be moist & shiny because of ghee and then after few time it will perfect.
