Black Chana (Chickpea) snacks

Cooked chana- 1 cup
Onion(finely chopped)-1 cup
Tomatoes(finely chopped)-1 cup
Green chilly (finely chopped)-1
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)-few
Ginger - 1" piece (grated)
Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1/4 tsp
Chat masala-1/2 tsp
Amchur powder(dry mango powder)-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lime juice- 1-2 tsp


Add 2 tbl sp oil in a pan; fry the onion, green chilly, tomato, ginger & garlic. Add ¼ cup water and cook for few minutes.

Add cumin powder, red chilly powder, chat masala, amchur pwder & salt. Mix it well.

Now add cooked chana and mix well.

Add lime juice.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with chopped onion and a piece of lemon.
