Puffed rice- 4 cup
Jaggery- 1 cup
Water- 1 cup
Cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
Ghee- 2 tbl sp


Dry roast the puffed rice for crispyness.
Dissolve the jaggery in water and prepare a thick syrup.

Note: Put a drop of syrup in a cup of water. The syrup should retain its circular ball like shape when it is put in water.

Now add puffed rice and cardamom powder. Mix it well.

Now grease your hand with ghee and prepare balls out of these mixture.
