Ingredients:

  • Gram flour or basan- 2 cups
  • Powdered sugar- 1 cup
  • Ghee- ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
  • Badam & Cashew nuts(chopped and fried in ghee)- few
Recipe:

Roast the gram flour for about 5 minutes till it releases an aroma.

Then add ½ cup ghee and roast for about 10-15 minutes.

Now add powdered sugar, cardamom powder & dry fruits; mix it well.

Let the basan mixture cool enough to handle.

Now grease your hand with ghee and prepare laddus out of these basan mixture.
