Rava Sheera/ Semolina halwa

  • Rava/Semolina- 1 cup
  • Sugar- 1 ¼  cup
  • Water- 2 ¼ cup
  • Ghee- ¼ cup
  • Dry fruits(Raisins,Cashews & Badam)- ¼ cup
  • Cardamom powder- ¼ tsp

1. Add 1 tbl sp ghee in a pan & roast  the dry fruits and keep it aside.
2. Add 2 tbl sp ghee in the same pan & roast the rava until it becomes fragrant.
3. Heat the water to boil & add a pinch of food colour.
4. Add boiled water to the rava and cook well.
5. Add sugar; at this time the mixture will get loosen up.
6. Keep on stirring by adding rest of the ghee; now the mixture will get harden up.
7. Add roasted dry fruits & cardamom powder; mix it well.
8. Serve tasty sheera and enjoy !!
