Papaya milkshake

Papaya milkshake - ಪಪ್ಪಾಯ ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ 
  • Papaya can be eaten as a fruit, smoothie or milkshake.
  • Papaya is an excellent food for those on a diet because papaya is low in calories and high in nutritive value.
  • Papaya helps prevent constipation and also aid in digestion. Papaya lowers cholesterol levels. The anti-oxidants in papaya also help in controlling premature ageing, which helps to give a young look.
  • Papaya contains natural fiber, carotene, vitamin A, vitamin C and essential minerals & enzymes like arginine and carpain.

Ingredients:

• Papaya fruit (chopped)- 1 cup
• Milk- 1 cup
• Sugar- 2-4 tsp

Method:

1. Remove the peel & chop the papaya; remove the seeds.

2. Add milk, sugar & blend it in juicer.

3. Refrigerate and serve.

Note:
  • Take care while peeling; you have to peel out thick layer or else the juice will tastes bitter.
