Instant dosa

Instant dosa- ದಿಡೀರ್ ದೋಸೆ 

  • Maida- 1 cup
  • Wheat flour-1/4 cup
  • Fine semolina/rava- ¼ cup
  • Sat to taste
  • Sugar- 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves, grated carrot- ½ cup

1. Mix maida, wheat flour, rava, salt & water to prepare dosa batter; make sure that there is no any lumps. The consistancy should be like dosa batter.
2. Heat the tava and put few drops of oil or ghee & spread it by using half an onion; pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in circular motion to make round thick dosa(like set dosa); immediately spread chopped vegetables on the dosa & drizzle few drops of oil or ghee over it.
3. Once the dosa is cooked to some extent; flip it to other side & drizzle few drops of oil or ghee and cook for 2 more minutes.
4. Now instant dosa is ready to serve; serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
