Banana rasayana- ಬಾಳೆಹಣ್ಣಿನ ರಸಾಯನ 
Banana rasayana


Ripe banana- 2-4
Thick coconut milk- 2 cups
Jaggary- 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
Sasame seeds- 2 tsp
Salt- pinch


1. Peel the banana and chop into small pieces.

2. Add jaggary, pinch of salt and coconut milk.
3. Now add cardamom powder.
4. Fry 2 tsp of sesame seeds in a pan; once it starts spluttering add this to the above mixture.
5. Stirr to mix it well.
6. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

7. You can enjoy this recipe as a dessert or as side dish for poori, chapathi, paper dosa(neer dosa) or rice noodles(shavige).
