Mango rasayana- ಮಾವಿನ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ರಸಾಯನ 
Mango rasayana

Ripened sweet mangoes- 2
Thick coconut milk- 2 cups
Jaggery- 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds- 2 tsp
Salt- pinch


1. Peel the mangoes and chop into small pieces.
2. Add jaggery, pinch of salt and coconut milk.
3. Now add cardamom powder.
4. Fry 2 tsp of sesame seeds in a pan; once it starts spluttering add this to the above mixture.
5. Stir to mix it well.
6. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
7. You can enjoy this recipe as a dessert or as side dish for poori or chapathi's.
