Dill leaves Paratha


 Dill leaves Paratha- ಸಬ್ಬಸಿಗೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪಿನ ಪರೋಟ

Ingredients:

Wheat flour- 1 cup
Dill leaves(finely chopped)- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee- 4-5 tsp

Method:

1. Wash the dill leaves and finely chop them.

2. Prepare a dough by mixing wheat flour, dill leaves, sugar, salt and required amount of water. Finally add 1 tsp ghee & kneed it well.

3. Make equal sized balls out of it and roll them to make round paratha's.

4. Heat the tava and put the rolled paratha.
5. Cook both the sides of paratha; apply ghee on both the sides while cooking.
6. Now tasty stuffed dill leaves paratha is ready; serve hot with raita, curd or 
chutney.
