Chapati


Chapati

Ingredients:

Wheat flour- 1 cup
Banana- 1
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee- 4-5 tsp

Method:

1. Prepare a dough by mixing wheat flour, mashed banana, sugar, salt and required amount of water (Note: Addition of hot water or milk helps to make the chapati smooth). Finally add 1 tsp ghee & kneed it well.

2. Make equal sized balls out of it and roll them to make round chapati's.

3. Heat the tava and put the rolled chapati.

4. Cook both the sides of chapati; apply ghee on both the sides while cooking.

5. Serve chapati's with any side dish of your choice.
