Amrutha phala / Coconut milk fudge - ಅಮೃತ ಫಲ 
Amrutha phala / Coconut milk fudge

Ingredients:

Milk- 2 cups
Coconut milk- 2 cups
Sugar- 1.5- 2 cups
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Ghee- 1 tsp

Method:

1. Take milk in a pan, add thick coconut milk; boil with continuous stirring until it becomes thick.
2. Add sugar and keep stirring on a medium flame.

3. Add cardamom powder and 1 tsp ghee.
4. The Colour changes from white to cream colour.
5. When the colour changes from cream to creamish brown & the mixture takes the form of dough & leaves from the pan. At this point of time switch off the flame.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and cut into desired shapes when it is still warm using a greased knife.
