Methi leaves(Fenugreek leaves) Paratha - ಮೆಂತೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪಿನ ಪರೋಟ 

Ingredients:

Wheat flour- 1 cup
Methi leaves(finely chopped)- 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee- 4-5 tsp

Method:

1. Wash the methi leaves and finely chop them.

2. Prepare a dough by mixing wheat flour, methi leaves, cumin seeds, sugar, salt and required amount of water. Finally add 1 tsp ghee & kneed it well.

3. Make equal sized balls out of it and roll them to make round paratha's.

4. Heat the tava and put the rolled paratha.

5.  Cook both the sides of paratha; apply ghee on both the sides while cooking.

6. Now tasty stuffed methi leaves paratha is ready; serve hot with raita, curd or chutney.
