Tomato Dosa


Tomato Dosa -ಟೊಮಾಟೋ ದೋಸೆ  
Ingredients: 

White rice- 1 cup
Tomato- 4
Onion- 2
Green chilly- 1
Ginger- One small piece
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Soak the  rice in water for about 2 – 4 hours.
2. Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste by adding required amount of water.
3. Heat the tava; put few drops of oil & spread it by using half an onion.
4. Pour one ladle of dosa batter on the tava and spread it in a circular motion; drizzle a tsp of oil.
5. Once the dosa is cooked to some extent; flip it to other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
6. Now tomato dosa is ready to serve; serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
