Poori / Puri


Poori / Puri - ಪೂರಿ  

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour- 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water
Oil to fry

Method:

1. Prepare a thick dough by mixing wheat flour, salt and required amount of water. You can also add 1 tsp of oil to this.
(The dough should not be sticky)

2. Immediately make small balls out of dough and make pooris.

3. Heat oil in a pan; drop the poori into oil & fry till golden brown.

4. Serve hot with side dish of your choice.
