Ondelaga/ Thimare/Brahmi Thambli - ಒಂದೆಲಗದ ತಂಬುಳಿ  


Ondelaga/ Thimare/Brahmi leaves- One handfull
Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
Buttermilk/Curd/Yogurt- 1 cup
Green chilly- 1
Ginger- One small piece
Salt to taste
Red chilly- 1
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 strand
Ghee- 1/2 tsp


1. Grind the brahmi leaves, coconut, green chilly & ginger into a smooth paste by adding required amount of water.

2. Pour the ground mixture to a vessel; add buttermilk, salt and mix well.

3. Finally heat 1/2 tsp of ghee & add chilly, mustard seeds, curry leaves; fry it & mix it to the above mixture.
