Gobi Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian - ಗೋಬಿ ಮಂಚೂರಿ

Gobi Manchurian has been originated from China; which became popular in India. So it is called Indian Chinese dish. 
It is an easy recipe; you can prepare crunchy, crispy and yummy Gobi Manchurian at home.

Ingredients:

Gobi(Cauliflower)- 1 medium sized (or 2 cups)
Maida- 3/4 cup
Corn flour- 4 tblsp
Chilly powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Onion- 1
Capsicum- 1
Green chillies- 4
Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Soya sauce- 1 tsp
Chilly sauce- 2 tsp
Tomato sauce- 4 tsp
Oil- 2 tblsp

Method:

1. Cut and seperate the cauliflower florets.
2. Make a smooth batter of maida, corn flour, chilly powder & salt using water (batter should be neither too flowy nor too thick).
3. In a frying pan heat the oil; dip the gobi in batter & deep fry till golden brown.
4. In another pan heat 2 tsp oil and fry chopped capsicum, green chillies, onion, add ginger-garlic paste, salt, soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, 2 tblsp corn flour  & coriander leaves.
5. Now add fried gobi & fry for 2 more min.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
